To update the association membership: The Board reached out to our insurance company within 24 hours of the storm that came through the evening of August 24. The adjuster and tree service were out Friday, September 1st to assess our common areas for damages. We are waiting to hear back from the insurance company regarding next steps for clean up. Our association has a $1000 deductible for each incident.
